In recent years in Uttar Pradesh, the work of connecting big cities with the help of highways and expressways is going on. It has only one objective and that the connectivity between cities becomes good. In this episode, now Noida and Kanpur will be connected to 'Ghaziabad Kanpur Grinfield Expressway'. The length of this expressway is said to be 380 km. Earlier it took 8 to 9 hours to go from Noida to Kanpur. Due to their formation, there will be about 3 hours of saving in the time taken during the journey.

This expressway will reach Kanpur via Hapur, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Kasganj, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Unnao and many other districts of UP. This will open new avenues of employment and development for the people of all these districts. Also, their connectivity with their cities will also get better. In the initial phase, this expressway will be made four -lane, but in future there are plans to expand it to six lanes. That is, keeping the future in mind, land has been acquired for this, so that there is no problem due to increasing load on the road in the coming time.

Under the project prepared for its construction, several underpasses, flyovers and service roads will also be constructed from Ghaziabad to Kanpur. That is, people of villages and towns coming in 380 km way will not have any problem in coming around for their everyday life. Also, with its construction, people of Delhi-NCR will find an alternative and better way to reach Kanpur. This will also get rid of traffic along with saving time.

The construction of this expressway will not only reduce the travel time, but will also promote the state's economy. Business activities will increase. New investment opportunities in industrial areas will increase.

Under the project, the Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway will also be connected to Jewar Airport in Noida. This will also improve connectivity for international travel. The process of land acquisition for the construction of this expressway will be started soon and the project has been targeted to be completed by 2026. Ghaziabad-Kanpur Expressway is an important project for travel and trade in Uttar Pradesh. This will provide financial strength to the people as well as the state.
