Exciting Trailer Release for 'Bhool Chuk Maaf'

Mumbai: The much-anticipated trailer for Bhool Chuk Maaf has been unveiled, offering a captivating mix of romance and career challenges.

Featuring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Sharma, the trailer depicts their characters grappling with the complexities of love and professional goals. The film hints at a rich narrative filled with emotional depth, difficult choices, and the delicate balance between personal desires and career ambitions. On April 10, the film's creators shared the trailer on Instagram, captioning it, “Titli hai Ranjan ka pyaar; par haldi par atka hai uska sansaar, Toh dekhne zaroor aaiyega inki kahaani with parivaar. Get ready for a bhasad wali shaadi where everything goes wrong… #BhoolChukMaafTrailer Out Now. In cinemas 9th May.”

Set in the colorful city of Varanasi, the plot revolves around Ranjan, a romantic who lands a government job to win over his beloved, Titli. However, just before their wedding, a humorous twist occurs. Ranjan finds himself trapped in a time loop, reliving the same day, and must uncover the reason behind Mahadev pausing his life to set things right.

Producer Dinesh Vijan commented on the film, stating, “Storytelling shines brightest when it emerges from the heart of India. At its essence, Bhool Chuk Maaf delves into two significant pressures faced in small towns: finding the perfect bride and securing a stable job. Chokri aur naukri, as we say. Ranjan and Titli are deeply in love but find themselves navigating the real-life conflict between romance and career, balancing their heartfelt desires with family expectations for financial stability. Infused with humor, profound emotions, and the cherished tradition of nek karya, this film promises to evoke laughter, perhaps tears, and ultimately restore faith in love and life.”

Bhool Chuk Maaf marks the first on-screen pairing of Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi. Produced by Dinesh Vijan in collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios, this romantic comedy is set to release in theaters on May 9, 2025.
