On the complaint of Shiv Sena MLA, a case has been registered against Kunal Kamra under Section 353 (1) (b) (statements for public disturbance) and Section 356 (2) (defamation) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS). Kamra has said, "This was just a sarcastic presentation, no personal attack. If it is a crime to criticize the leaders, then both comedy and freedom of expression in the country will end.
