Hollyoaks have dropped its spring trailer - and fans expect shock twists, dramatic returns and deadly consequences.


The weather might be getting brighter but it's not all sunshine and roses with new storylines promising high-stakes drama, jaw-dropping revelations and emotional turmoil for some of our favourite villagers. Maxine Minniver's (Nikki Sanderson) is turned upside down as she finds herself on the wrong side of Grace Black’s (Tamara Wall) wrath.


Determined to keep her promise, Maxine goes to extreme lengths to get McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe) out of prison, with one wish in return, take down Grace Black, once and for all. Held inside The Loft, Maxine’s fate hangs in the balance, but will she find a way out before it’s too late?

Grace's relentless pursuit of power and wealth reaches new heights as she continues to exploit Frankie Osbourne (Isabelle Smith) and Dillon Ray (Nathaniel Dass), enticing them with the promise of a lavish lifestyle.


However, when things spiral out of control, the harsh reality of their choices hits home. Vulnerable and alone, the duo turns to drugs in a desperate attempt to escape the pain, but will they find a way out before it’s too late?


Meanwhile, The Blakes are back in full force as Dodger Savage (Danny Mac) makes a sensational return, stepping up for Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) in his sister’s time of need. His presence in the village doesn’t go unnoticed, turning heads as the family walk through the village, but what does his return mean for ' gothic family and the residents?


Also, The excitement of Jez Blake (Jeremy Sheffield) and John Paul McQueen's (James Sutton) engagement is anything but smooth as the McQueens and Blakes collide over their very different tastes.



In true Hollyoaks fashion, John Paul makes a bold declaration of love, revealing a striking new tattoo, but will it be a mark of forever or a decision he’ll live to regret? Meanwhile, Diane Hutchinson (Alex Fletcher) is swept off her feet by the charming DI Alistair Banks (Drew Cain) but not everyone is convinced by his facade.


As Donny Clark (Louis Emerick) investigates, it becomes clear that Banks is not the hero he seems but when corruption is uncovered, who will come out on top?


Tommy’s fixation with Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas-Speed) intensifies, driving a wedge between Joel and Leela Dexter (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) As Joel seeks solace, old sparks reignite with Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin), but is history about to repeat itself in ways neither of them expect?


When Lucas Hay (Oscar Curtis) is rushed to hospital, Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) stands firm as a father, demanding his son agrees to the surgery he needs but will Lucas agree or will tensions push their relationship to breaking point?



Darren Osborne (Ashley Taylor-Dawson) confronts Rex Gallagher (Jonny Labey) wanting answers on what Frankie is involved in, but as the Osbornes struggle to support Frankie, Darren is left reeling when Nancy Osborne (Jessica Fox) drops the devastating bombshell that she wants a divorce.


The heartbreak doesn’t stop there as Darren’s emotions spill over, leading to an explosive confrontation that sees Tony Hutchinson () caught in the crossfire and taking a punch.


Meanwhile, at the Osborne house, tragedy strikes as flames begin to emerge in the home. A shocked Nancy and Frankie watch in horror as the fire takes hold, but will it be able to be stopped in time?



Elsewhere, a car is seen speeding through the village, out of control but the real question is who’s behind the wheel and who will pay the price?


When Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe) pays an unexpected visit to Grace Black at The Loft, Grace is left reeling, but could this finally be the moment she’s brought down?


Meanwhile, as pain and trauma push them to their limits, Dillon and Lucas find comfort in each other, sharing a kiss that could change everything. With so many questions left unanswered, one thing is certain, love, betrayal, and high-stakes showdowns are guaranteed.
