Actor Sanam Johar , who made his television fiction debut with the popular show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin , is winning hearts as Ruturaj, the negative lead . Apart from his TV stint, he is also actively featured in music videos such as Kahi Tu Mose, Jaan Legi Mehbooba, Faraari, and Laal Ferrari, among others.
Speaking about balancing multiple projects, Sanam candidly admitted, “I am not good at multitasking. The videos that I have posted were shot much before I started shooting for Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. One was shot a year back. All of the songs were completed before the show. I can only focus on one thing at a time and give my 100%.”

Sharing his passion for performing, he added, “I enjoy being in front of the camera. I never thought of starting a dance institute or schooling others. While I loved choreography during my time on reality TV shows, acting is my current focus. I'm enjoying this phase and living my dreams.”
When he joined the show, Sanam expressed his excitement, saying, “I'm super excited to be part of this journey. This is my fiction TV debut, and it comes with the responsibility of carrying forward the legacy of such a hit show. My utmost loyalty will be key—I will stay true to my character and give my best performance.”

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin first starred Ayesha Singh, Neil Bhatt, and Aishwarya Sharma as the original leads, followed by Bhavika Sharma, Shakti Arora, Sumit Singh, and Hitesh Bharadwaj in the second generation. Now, the third-generation storyline features Vaibhavi Hankare, Param Singh, and Sanam Johar in lead roles, adding fresh energy to the beloved series.
