His manager told News18 that Manoj had just had bypass surgery and was recovering, but that he tragically passed away from a heart attack, leaving everyone stunned. Manoj, the son of the renowned director Bharathiraja, followed in his father’s footsteps by starring in his first movie, Taj Mahal. Manoj has shown his flexibility as an actor by playing leading parts in well-known movies like Varshamellam Vasantham, Samidhiram, and Allu Arjuna during his career.
