Eat milk and ghee.
If you have insomnia problem, then drinking a spoonful of ghee in a glass of warm milk before bedtime will be beneficial. This mixture of ghee and milk increases amino acids called triptophyn, which helps in good sleep.

Massage feet
Massaging with lukewarm ghee on the soles of the feet before bedtime reduces stress and cools the veins. This calms the brain and brings sleep quickly. This remedy can be especially effective for those who have problems of sleeplessness.

Eat ghee and ashwagandha.
Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb that helps the body to relax and sleep. If it is consumed by mixing it with ghee, it calms the brain and improves the quality of sleep.

Add ghee to the nose.
According to Ayurveda, putting two drops of cow's ghee in the nose before sleeping gives mental peace and sleeps deeply. It is called “Nasya Kriya”, which also improves the functioning of the brain.
