Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released recruitment for more than 7000 posts of Special School Teacher. BPSC has invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to 7,279 posts of Special School Teacher for classes 1 to 5th and classes 6 to 8th. BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2025: Total number of posts

BPSC will fill a total of 7,279 posts of Special School Teacher Recruitment through this recruitment drive. Of these, 5,534 posts are for primary level (classes 1 to 5), and 1,745 posts are for upper primary level (classes 6 to 8) teachers.

BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2025: Essential Qualification

For classes 1 to 5

Must have passed Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and a Diploma in Special Education (D.El.Ed).

For classes 6 to 8

Candidates must have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and B.Ed degree in Special Education from an institute recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), as well as they must have a valid RCI registration number (CRR number). Along with this, the candidates must also have completed six months of teaching training in the cross-disability category.
