Opening date (2025): This year, the doors of Kedarnath Dham opened for devotees on 2 May 2025.


Limited access: The temple is open only for a few months every year due to extreme weather conditions in the area.


Closure date (2025): The temple will close on October 23, 2025 at 8:30 am, which traditionally falls on Bhai Dooj, two days after Diwali.
