Aloo tikki recipe: During the rainy season, there is some hot, crisp-eating heart, and in such a situation, potato tikki is a perfect snack. This tikki is crispy from outside and soft from inside, which can be served with chutney or curd. Let’s know the easy recipe that you can make at home quickly. Ingredients:

Boiled Potato-4 (medium sized)

Bread Serbes-1 cup

Cornfallor-2 tablespoons

Ginger-green chili paste-1 teaspoon

Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon

Garam Masala-1/2 teaspoon

Green coriander-2 tablespoons (finely chopped)

Salt-sufficient

For oil-flouts

Potato Tikki Method (Steps)

  • First of all, peel the boiled potatoes and mash it well.
  • Now add ginger-green chili paste, red chili powder, garam masala, green coriander and salt.
  • Add bread crumbs and cornflor to the mixture so that the tikki binds.
  • Make a round tick of the same size from this mixture.
  • Now heat the oil in the pan and fry the tikkis on medium flame till golden brown and crispy from both sides.
  • Serve hot ticks with chutney or curd.

To make the tikki more crisp, you can also add a little semolina to the bread crumbs. Do not keep the heat too high while frying, otherwise the tikki will burn from outside and will remain raw from inside.
