The method of making vegetables of Kumhada (Belle) is very easy and it is also very wonderful in taste. Here is a simple method of making pottery vegetable:
Preparation: First of all wash the potter (belle) and peel it and cut it into small pieces.
Prepare tempering: Heat oil in a pan. Then add cumin seeds and let it fall. Now add hing and grated ginger to it, and fry a little.
Add spices: Now add green chili and chopped tomatoes to it. Cook the tomatoes until it becomes soft. Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix well.
Put a pot: Now add chopped pottery (Belle) and mix well. Then add salt and sugar to it. Now add 1/2 cup of water and cover it, let it cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
After cooking: When the potter is soft and the spices are mixed well, then add garam masala and mix well. Allow to cook for some more time so that the spices become well mixed.
Decoration: Kumhada's vegetable is ready. Sprinkle green coriander and serve hot. It looks very tasty with roti, parantha or rice.
