  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 T Spoon

  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp (as per taste)

  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp

  • salt to taste

  • Sugar – 1/2 tsp (to taste)

  • Green coriander (to decorate)

Method:




  1. Preparation: First of all, finely chop the green chili and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.




  2. Prepare tempering: Heat oil in a pan. Then add cumin seeds and let it fall. After this, add hing and fry for a few seconds.




  3. Add spices: Now add finely chopped green chilies and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder and mix well.




  4. Add tomatoes: Now add chopped tomatoes and let them cook well. Cook until the tomatoes become soft (for about 5-7 minutes), making a thick masala.




  5. Add salt and sugar: When the tomatoes are cooked well, add salt and sugar to it. The sugar gives a little sweetness, which balances the spicy taste. Mix it well and let it cook for a few minutes.




  6. Add garam masala: Now sprinkle garam masala on it and mix well. Now the vegetable is ready!




  7. Decoration: Sprinkle green coriander and serve hot chili tomato vegetables. Serve it with roti, parantha, or rice.




Tips:



  • If you like more spicy, you can increase the number of chili.

  • You can also add a little lemon to taste in this vegetable, which will give it freshness.
