Panjabi has joined the cast of “Sex Education,” which includes Ncuti Gatwa as the title character, Millie Gibson as Ruby Sunday, and Varada Sethu as Belinda Chandra, the fifteenth Doctor’s co-companion.

The Disney+ and BBC shows are scheduled to return in 2025. The Doctor and Ruby Sunday go on adventures throughout time and space in Season 1, visiting war-torn future planets and the Regency period of England.

They meet both friends and enemies during their travels aboard the TARDIS, a time-traveling vessel fashioned like a police box, including a bogeyman and the Doctor’s most formidable adversary to yet.
