To make it, raw minced meat is used and spices are added and kebabs are made and fried in oil. However, many times we have problems in making kebabs like – kebabs break, kebabs are not made properly. If your kebabs do not become crispy or do not stick properly on the steak, then you do not need to worry.

  • Minced meat – 250 grams

  • Gram flour – 5 teaspoons

  • Garlic-ginger paste – 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons

  • Mint leaves – 2 teaspoons

  • Red chilli flakes – 2 teaspoons

  • Chopped onion – 1

  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp

  • Green chillies – 3-4 (finely chopped)

  • salt to taste

  • Oil for frying


Method of making



  • First of all, wash and clean the mutton mince thoroughly.

  • Then gently squeeze out the water with your hands or filter it through a muslin cloth.

  • Now in a large bowl, add mutton mince, chopped onion, gram flour, red chilli pieces, ginger garlic paste, green coriander, green chillies, garam masala powder and mint leaves.

  • Mix all the ingredients well and take a small portion of the mincemeat mixture and make medium sized kebabs.

  • Heat oil on low flame and deep fry the raw minced meat kebabs till they are cooked inside and outside.

  • Your kebabs are ready, which can be served with green chutney.
