10-12 lemons
One cup sugar


one and a half teaspoons of salt


A teaspoon of black salt


Half teaspoon red chilli powder


One teaspoon black pepper powder


A quarter teaspoon of carom seeds


A teaspoon of fennel


a teaspoon of asafoetida


A teaspoon of fenugreek


Instant Sweet Lemon Pickle Recipe
-First of all wash the lemons thoroughly and wipe them. So that all the dirt gets cleaned.


Now pour half a cup of water in the pressure cooker, add lemon and cook till one whistle.


-After the whistle sounds, turn off the gas flame and take these lemons out.


-Remove these lemon seeds in a plate but keep in mind not to throw away the juice.


-Now fry fennel and fenugreek in a pan. Also add asafoetida and celery.


-Make powder of these four things and pour it over the lemons.


-Add black salt, white salt, black pepper and red chilli powder.


-Put the lemons wrapped in spices in the pressure cooker once again. Add sugar and all the lemon juice and cook until one whistle comes.


-Now let it cool completely.


-When it cools down, store it in a sterilized glass jar. Instant lemon pickle is ready.
