Ingredients required to make Mushroom 65


1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
4 curry leaves
1 green chilli, chopped into pieces
1/2 tsp garlic,
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped into pieces
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 table spoon flour

To make Mushroom 65, first of all mix rice flour, refined flour, salt, red chilli, garam masala and ginger garlic paste in a bowl. Add some water to it and make a paste, coat the mushrooms in it and deep fry them. Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger and garlic and prepare a tempering. Pour this tempering on the fried mushrooms, mix and serve.
