Gorakhpur. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken a dig at the destruction of the education system during the Samajwadi Party rule. Said that SP and education are two ends of the river which never meet. Samajwadi Party is a staunch opponent of education and one who is against education can never be a teacher's well-wisher.

CM Yogi was addressing the teacher voter dialogue program organized at Mahant Digvijaynath Park on Monday. In this program organized in favor of BJP candidate Dhruv Kumar Tripathi regarding the Gorakhpur-Faizabad Teacher Constituency Legislative Council Member (Teacher MLC) election, the Chief Minister said that on one side there is BJP which is working for education, educational institutions, teachers, security and on the other side there is Samajwadi Party. He said that even teachers were not safe under the SP government, many teachers had to carry guns to school for their safety. Putting the conduct of his SP in the dock, he said that those who are staunchly against education are today talking about the rejuvenation of education. Those who have nothing to do with education are speaking about education, giving sermons to teachers.

CM Yogi said that there was a time when the state and its youth were facing an identity crisis. The student was worried, had no direction. Imitation had become the identity here. The school buildings were dilapidated, there was no school hall. The youth were facing a future crisis and the then Samajwadi Party government used to sleep with oil in its ears. He said that the goons who were sabotaging the education system, spreading anarchy and posing a threat to the safety of daughters, sisters and teachers were patronized by the government. The rioters were honored by calling them to the Chief Minister's residence. The Chief Minister said that today, be it an educational institution, be it a teacher, be it a daughter or sister, no one will be able to breach the security. If he commits a burglary, it is certain that he will have to choose between jail or hell.

SP people are number one cheaters and liars

Continuing his verbal attack on SP, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that SP people are number one cheaters and liars. Those who opened fire on Ram devotees, today they do not come to Ram temple even after coming to Ayodhya. They come to Ayodhya and spread false propaganda with fabricated things. The Chief Minister said that those who lobbied against the Ram temple and opened fire on Ram devotees are today chanting the name of Ram like Kalnemi.

SP became Chief Minister four times, why could teachers not be given cashless treatment?

The Chief Minister said that today SP is pretending to be teacher friendly. She should tell why even after becoming the Chief Minister of SP four times, it could not provide cashless treatment to the teachers? Why didn't he solve the problems to the education world?

PDA means family development authority and other people's money is ours.

Describing the real meaning of Samajwadi Party's PDA slogans 'Parivar Development Authority' and 'Paraya Dhan Apna', the Chief Minister said that this was proved in the Rajya Sabha elections also. One candidate was Chacha Jaan from Family Development Authority and the other was Dhannaseth from Mumbai from Paraya Dhan Apna Formula. There is no room for the rest of society in their PDA. CM said that with SP changing its colors like a chameleon, today even the chameleon must be happy that I have found a new partner in the form of SP who will work with me as a competitor. After all, we need a creature who can change color like him, he has come in the form of SP.

SP preaches like a crocodile

The Chief Minister said that if today the Samajwadi Party preaches that with its arrival there will be peace, tranquility and security, then it is like a crocodile coming to the water's bank and preaching that now he has stopped hunting. CM said that SP people are not the ones who make boats cross, they are the ones who sink boats. There is no need to ever trust them. These are the people who are going to sink the boat of education, insult the teachers and completely tarnish the education world. These people should not be trusted at all.

No person is ever in debt due to Guru's debt.

CM Yogi said that teacher is the guide of the society. He runs the system, decides the future of the country. Whatever is done for the teachers and their interests, it is less because no one ever becomes indebted to the Guru. The Chief Minister said that India has a special tradition of respecting Guru. Their gurus Maharishi Vashishtha and Maharishi Sandipani played an important role in enhancing the personality of Shri Ram and Shri Krishna. Similarly, the golden age of India is created when Chandragupta gets the guidance of a guru like Chanakya. CM Yogi said that a teacher is respected when the students taught by him automatically go beyond the temples of education and bring glory to the state and the country. Then people also ask, who is their guru? Where did you study, where did you come from?

Education, teachers, educational institutions and students are in BJP's agenda.

CM Yogi said that only Bharatiya Janata Party can do the work in the interest of education, teachers, educational institutions and students, because BJP's agenda includes education, educational institutions, teachers and students. Along with this, youth, development and heritage are also part of BJP's agenda.

Teachers' expectations were fulfilled without protest

The Chief Minister said that this was the first time that the government fulfilled the expectations of the teachers without the teachers protesting. Whether there was a demand for it or not, his government provided cashless treatment facility of Rs 5 lakh to all the personnel associated with the education system from basic to university level, from teachers to their families. Along with this, security insurance cover has also been provided to teachers without any salary cut. If a teacher of a government-run or aided school unfortunately becomes a victim of an accident, arrangements have been made to provide Rs 80 lakh to Rs 1 crore 20 lakh to that family. Security insurance cover has also been provided to Shikshamitras, other teachers and cooks. He said that his government increased the honorarium of Shikshamitras from Rs 10,000 to Rs 18,000 and that of instructors from Rs 9000 to Rs 17,000.

Gun on female teacher's shoulder, CM narrated interesting version

In the program, CM Yogi narrated an interesting version of the year 2004 during his parliamentary tenure. Said that then one day while going to his parliamentary constituency, he met a female teacher riding a bicycle who was carrying a gun on her shoulder. When asked, she said, 'You know how the government is, so for the safety of myself and the school children, I am going on a bicycle with a gun on my shoulder.'

Good education system, biggest respect for teacher

The Chief Minister said that the biggest respect for a teacher is that the education system is good. The government is working in this direction. He said that the government has worked to provide facilities to every school by constructing grand and good luxurious buildings under Operation Kayakalp and Project Alankar. Funds were made available to 2300 government and aided schools alone to secondary education without any discrimination. CM said that teachers should sit under good buildings, students should study under good buildings, they should get basic facilities, smart classes should be built, computer labs should be built, digital libraries should be built, work has progressed towards providing all these facilities.

Mulayam Singh Yadav had implemented new pension scheme, did not even deposit the money

The Chief Minister said that when Mulayam Singh Yadav was the Chief Minister, he had implemented the New Pension Scheme in 2005. They don't want to implement it, but all of them are sweet-talkers and bitter-bitter spitters. He said that SP makes false promises today because it also knows that its government will never come, so say anything. CM said that today Samajwadi Party is cheating. When late Mulayam Singh Yadav implemented the New Pension Scheme in 2005, the condition at that time was that whoever joins the New Pension Scheme, an account will be opened. Government's share will be 10 percent, employee's share will be 10 percent and both together the money will go into the account. He said that Samajwadi Party is a party of unity. It did not open the account of even a single government employee or teacher, did not deposit even a single penny. When BJP government was formed in 2017, I formed a committee in 2018. And, in the beginning of 2019, 10 thousand crore rupees were again made available separately and the work of sending money was done by opening accounts of 14 lakh government employees. After Mulayam Singh, Akhilesh Yadav also became the Chief Minister but he did nothing. He said that the government will not hesitate to take any step which is good for the welfare of teachers and employees. We are with you, we will protect your interests because our state is no longer a sick state but a revenue surplus state.

SP used to eat all the money

CM Yogi said that before 2017, Safai used to eat all the money and loot it. Saifai Syndicate used to spread such anarchy that development within the state was hampered. The young man could not get a job. Saifai Syndicate had filled all its relatives in the Education Commission. Everyone knows what happened during recruitment. Everything regarding money was decided through Saifai. He said that when we came in 2017, the posts of more than 1.5 lakh teachers were vacant in the state. We conducted recruitment and fair selection took place, selection took place from every district. We have kept teachers as members in every commission. He said that if you have formed a good government in the state and the centre, the country is developing. The state is also no longer a sick state, no longer in need of identity. Now wherever a resident of Uttar Pradesh goes, the face of the person in front of him lights up and he seems eager to hug him. The Chief Minister said that due to anarchy and disturbance before 2017, there was a bad stain on the state. There was an identity crisis because of that stain. There was an identity crisis so no one invested, no development took place. Today there is no identity crisis, today there is development, heritage, investment and employment.

Teacher is the conscious sentinel of the society

The Chief Minister said that the teacher is a conscious sentinel of the society. He is the creator of the system, the basis of the prosperity of the nation. He said that the teachers should also elect their representatives who work in the interests of the teachers in the same manner. He appealed to Dhruv Kumar Tripathi to win the teachers MLC elections with huge votes and described him as the bearer of the tradition of late Omprakash Sharma and Panchanan Rai, senior leaders of the Secondary Teachers Association. The CM also appealed to the public representatives to take a front in their respective areas and conduct a vote poll in favor of Dhruv Tripathi and make him victorious with a huge majority. Said that the victory of Dhruv Kumar Tripathi will cause a new revolution in the education world. CM said that voting is on 23rd October and we have declared that day as a holiday for all the voters associated with secondary education or any teacher who is a voter. There will be holiday, go comfortably, vote, make Dhruv Kumar Tripathi victorious and then get the problem of education world resolved.

CM Yogi rejuvenated the education sector: Surya Pratap Shahi

In the program, Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi said that in the last ten years, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has rejuvenated the entire field of education. Along with implementing the pay scale to honor the teachers, he also provided cashless treatment facility to them and their families.
