Brits flying through Jet2, EasyJet and Ryanair will have more destinations to choose from as the popular budget airlines have added ten new routes from the UK.

Popular airline EasyJet will expand its network this summer with new flights to Bari in southern Italy starting July 3, giving travellers access to a city known for having the country's longest seafront promenade. The carrier has also recently added Montpellier, which launched in late March, and will begin services to Preveza on June 24, providing a convenient route to the picturesque island of Lefkada.

Lefkada is one of Greece's most striking Ionian islands - famous for turquoise water, dramatic cliffs, and beaches that routinely appear on "world's best" lists. It's also one of the few Greek islands you can reach by car, thanks to a bridge connecting it to the mainland.

The island blends laidback Ionian charm with excellent seafood, traditional tavernas, and a slower pace than islands like Mykonos or Santorini.

Meanwhile, Jet2.com has rolled out flights to Jerez de la Frontera, La Palma, Palermo, Pula, and Samos, all of which are now operating; Jerez, in particular, stands out as the birthplace of both sherry and flamenco.

Rounding out the latest wave of additions, Ryanair is set to introduce routes to Castellón from June 1 and Rimini from June 3.
