Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has expressed confidence that the upcoming budget of the Central Government will further strengthen the concept of developed India. The Chief Minister said that the Union Government’s budget to be presented under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also help in making India a self-reliant, prosperous and global leader nation by the year 2047.

This budget will be a step towards economic and social empowerment of the country. The Chief Minister believes that the budgetary provisions of the Center will also have a positive impact on the development plans of the national capital.

The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently working on the vision of making India a leading economy at the global level. In this direction, infrastructure development and technological progress has been the priority of the Central Government.

He expressed confidence that the Central Government’s budget will also provide support towards making Delhi a developed national capital. According to the Chief Minister, the Central Government is already playing its role in many important projects.

Central support is being received in the ongoing projects for cleaning Yamuna and construction of sewage treatment plants. Apart from this, the Center also has financial participation in the expansion of the upcoming phases of Delhi Metro.

The Chief Minister also said that the Central Government’s schemes to promote solar energy are being effectively implemented in Delhi also. Prime Minister’s initiative like PM Surya Ghar: Free Electricity Scheme is giving a new direction to clean energy, electricity saving and environmental protection, which is also benefiting a metropolis like Delhi.

He said that the role of the Central Government has been decisive in the expansion of Delhi Metro. The partnership between the Center and the Delhi government in the Delhi Metro projects is strengthening the capital’s modern transport infrastructure.

The Chief Minister said that the Central Government is continuously making important contribution in the development of Delhi. In such a situation, it is natural to hope that the upcoming Union Budget will give a new impetus to the overall development of Delhi and will give further wings to the idea of ​​a developed India as well as a developed Delhi.
