Vande Bharat Express : There is good news for the residents of Pune as well as Nanded. The development of Marathwada will get a boost. The network of Vande Bharat Express in the state is going to increase. This train will be run from Pune to Nanded by the end of the year. Railway passengers will get great relief from this.

Interestingly, this semi-high speed train is likely to start by December and the railway minister himself has given positive signals about it. Nanded MP Ravindra Chavan has pursued this.

He met Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav for Pune-Nanded Vande Bharat Express. After this meeting, as per the order of the Minister, the Ministry of Railways has given a positive response and has taken note of the proposal.

Travel time will be saved

If Vande Bharat runs on the Nanded-Pune route of about 550 km, the journey of passengers will be superfast. Due to this train, the journey time will be reduced to 7 hours. At present it takes more time to complete the journey on these routes. This semi high speed is already running on Mumbai-Nanded route. Now it will start from Pune. Naturally, the train journey between Marathwada and Pune will be faster.
