Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Motihari, the work place of Mahatma Gandhi on July 18, in the order of his one -day visit to Bihar. BJP leaders and workers are loudly engaged in preparing for his arrival.

Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal said that PM Modi will give a gift of schemes worth Rs 7,196 crore to Bihar from Motihari. He said that this historic visit of PM Modi is a matter of pride not only for East Champaran but also for the whole of Bihar.

He will address a public meeting at Gandhi Maidan. This will be his 53rd visit to Bihar in the last 11 years, which is a proof that the central government is fully committed to the all -round development of Bihar.

The BJP president said that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, Bihar is becoming a strong partner in the construction of ‘Developed India’. Giving information, Jaiswal said that during his visit to Motihari, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone and inauguration of many important projects to the state’s all -round development.

These projects include expansion of railway, national highways and roads, empowerment of rural development, animal husbandry and dairy sector, development of digital structure through information technology, and schemes benefiting poor and rural families through self -help groups and housing schemes.

He said that Prime Minister NH-319 will lay the foundation stone of a four-lane Ara bypass from Asni to Bampali, which costs Rs 138 crore. He will inaugurate a four-lane road prepared at a cost of Rs 828 crore from Parria to Mohania in Kaimur district, as well as inauguration of Chakai to Chakai two-lane road under NH-333C at a cost of Rs 110 crore.

Jaiswal informed that during his visit, the Prime Minister will transfer 162 crores to the accounts of 40,000 beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) and will hand over the keys of the houses to 12,000 beneficiaries. Along with this, they will also release a assistance amount of Rs 400 crore to 61,500 self -help groups.
