Ingredients:


For the oats:



  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 shot (about 30-40 ml) of espresso or strong brewed coffee

  • Pinch of salt


For the layering and topping:



  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • Cocoa powder

  • Dark chocolate shavings

  • Coffee-soaked ladyfinger crumbs


How to make Tiramisu Oats at home:



  1. In a jar, add rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and half of the brewed coffee. Stir well and cover it to set overnight.

  2. Take a separate bowl and add Greek yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and the remaining coffee as per the taste.

  3. Once the oats are soaked properly, layer them in a glass jar.

  4. Star layering the oats in the bottom, followed by a layer of creamy yoghurt until complete.

  5. Dust cocoa powder on top, and some dark chocolate shavings for flavour.
