How to make chicken popcorn-



  • First of all prepare spicy popcorn masala. Instead of buying this spice from the market, you can make it at home.

  • For this, add Kashmiri red chili, red chili, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, salt, white chili powder, sugar, a pinch of baking soda and ajinomoto in a blender and blend it and prepare the masala.

  • Now take it out in a separate bowl. You can cut bonless chicken or chicken breast into small pieces. Cutting chicken breast into pieces at home is also quite easy

  • Add ginger and garlic paste, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of prepared spices to the breast pieces and mix well. Cover and marine for 1 hour.

  • Now after this, take out the dough in a plate and add 2 tablespoons of masala and mix it again.

  • Take cold water in another bowl and add ice pieces to it. Wrap the marinated chicken thoroughly in the flour and then drain it in cold water.

  • Pour it to the flour again and mix well. Heat oil in a pan. Keep the flame medium and add chicken pieces one by one and fry till it becomes golden.
