A woman dubbed the "most tattooed in Britain" has left her followers in shock after undergoing her latest inking procedure.

Becky Holt, who has spent more than £35,000 on in the past which cover around 95% of her body, has returned to the parlour once more. The 37-year old from Poynton, , took to to show off her new work.

"I'm not getting any more face tattoos," she penned in a sarcastic caption. "Thanks @maisieellistattoos love my little bolt. Had to squeeze something whilst at @uktta [UK Top Tattoo Artists convention in Birmingham on April 12-13]."

Becky's clip saw her go under the needle to receive a lightning bolt - etched on the left-hand side of her forehead just below her hairline, next to an existing tattoo that reads, 'W can be heroes'.

One of Becky's 152,000 followers joked in response: "Imagine going into a tattoo shop and having to really look for an actual gap to fill! Your tattoos are amazing and hats off to the pain threshold!"

Another quipped: "Not me seeing this and saying 'I thought she said no more face tattoos' before I read your caption!" A third person added: "Oh my god it looks so cute!"

A fourth penned: "Well when there’s a gap it must be filled!" And a fifth Instagram user said: "Cutie tattoo on a gorgeous woman."

Back in September, Becky revealed she was far from done with her body art. "I've got lots more tattoos planned," she told us. "I'm going to start covering up my black and grey sleeve. I just feel like I've outgrown it. I'm not mad keen on the design anymore. I don't regret it, I love the tattoo, I just feel like there's something better I could put on top."

But which of her tattoos was the most painful? Becky, who started getting inked in her teenage years, said it's an elaborate pattern etched into the skin of her palm, work that to be broken up into several sessions, such was her agony.

"It was horrific," she admitted. "It was the worst tattoo I've ever had. It was just so painful. The bit where the callus is - at the top of the palm - that was just absolutely hideous. The thumb wasn't very nice either.

"The whole hand tattoo was hideous. I didn't have numbing cream or anything like that. I did, however, take tramadol which is a very strong painkiller. It just takes the edge off it."
