A heartbreaking case has come to light in Karnataka. Where a laborer of Bihar carried out rape of a 5 -year -old innocent girl. The laborer raped the girl first. After this, he was murdered. However, the accused has been killed in the police encounter.

This case has come out from Hubli in Karnataka. The police is investigating the matter. The name of the accused was described as Ritesh Kumar, whose age was 35 years. Ritesh was a resident of Patna, Bihar.

The girl was playing in front of the house

The 5 -year -old girl was playing in front of her house. Then Ritesh looked at him and he caught the girl to carry out his dirty thinking and took him to a shed to carry out rape with her. The girl started screaming. The sound of the child's screaming and screaming was so loud that when the local people heard it, they came running towards the shed, but by then the accused Ritesh had raped her and murdered her. However, by the time the local people reached the spot, Ritesh had escaped from there.

When the girl was playing in front of her house, Ritesh had caught her, all the black handiwork to take Ritesh's girl towards the shed was captured in the CCTV camera. A case was registered against the accused Ritesh for murder and attacking police personnel and attempting to murder.

Accused killed in encounter

The police caught the laborer on receiving information about the case. After this, Hubli Police Commissioner Shashi Kumar said that Ritesh was brought to his house to collect some of his documents and verify his identity. At the same time, Ritesh threw stones at the police and tried to run away from the police. Shashi Kumar said that Ritesh put very few documents in front of his identity and tried to hide his identity.

The Police Commissioner further said, "In response to this, our female officer, sub-inspector, Annapurna fired in the air to intimidate and warns Ritesh, but then when he started running away and did not stop, the police fired two to three rounds on him. To prevent him from running, one bullet hit his leg and the other on his back. Ritesh was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead

Ritesh also pelted stones at the police to escape. A sub-inspector and two policemen have been injured in this stone pelting. All of them have been admitted to the hospital.

Crime was confessed

The police said during interrogation of Ritesh that he was a resident of Patna and was 35 years old. At the same time, Ritesh had confessed to the crime. The police further said that Ritesh had been living in Hubli for almost three months and was away from home for many years, wherever he got work, he used to work there. In the city, he worked in construction sites and hotels.

Police engaged in investigation

Police said, "We are currently investigating the matter further and a team has also been sent to Patna to gather more information about his hideout." After the incident came to light, many people angry with the murder gathered in front of the police station and staged a sit -in demand for the girl.
