After much anticipation, Devil May Cry season 2 has finally been confirmed, and fans are ecstatic. The announcement has been a cause for celebration and people on the internet are pressuring the producers to begin work on season 3 as soon as possible to avoid having to wait. In addition, due to how the first season concluded, many were positive that a second would follow. The fact that Devil May Cry ended on a cliffhanger made it clear that a new season would be released but everyone was waiting for the announcement. 

Devil May Cry season 2 confirmed 

Devil May Cry season 2 was confirmed by Netflix recently and while sharing the poster the streaming platform wrote, “Let's dance. DEVIL MAY CRY is officially coming back for Season 2!.”

 Reacting to the news, fans said it was a good decision and urged the makers to start working on the third season as soon as possible.

One wrote, “This is the type of show for people who don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom.”

 Another added, “Good. Don't cancel it and get started on season 3.”

A third went on to add, "What's crazy is that the most of you that hate it, are going to watch it anyway and STILL complain . Lovers of misery . Glad it’s continuing.”

All you need to know about Devil May Cry

Adi Shankar and South Korean studio Mir created the adult animated urban fantasy action television series Devil May Cry. It is based on the same-named Capcom video game franchise. As the son of the fabled demon Sparda, Johnny Yong Bosch plays Dante, a fierce demon hunter. In his portrayal of Dante's younger self, Kue Lawrence provides insight into his formative years. Mary Ann Arkham, a lieutenant in the shadowy DARKCOM organization, is played by Scout Taylor-Compton. Dante appropriately calls her "Lady."
