Material (Mango Jam Recipe)

  • Ripe sweet mangoes – 3 big (about 2 cups of mango pulp)
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Method (Mango Jam Recipe)

  • First of all, wash and peel the ripe mangoes and take out their pulp. Put it in a mixer and grind it wel, so that a smooth paste is formed.
  • Put the mango paste in a coarse pan and start cooking on medium flame. Add sugar to it and keep stirring continuously, so that the mixture does not appear in the bottom.
  • When the mixture starts thickening, then add lemon juice to it. This will increase the taste of jam and its shelf life will also increase slightly.
  • Cook the mixture until it becomes thick and becomes like jam. Put a spoonful of jam on a plate and cool – if it does not flow, the jam is ready.
  • Turn off the gas and allow the jam to cool. Then fill it in a clean and dry airtight jar.

You can eat this delicious mango jam with bread, paratha or toast. Children will also like it very much.
