Travis head: On April 12, IPL 2025 witnessed a thrilling match. The match was played between Punjab and Hyderabad. The match between Punjab and Hyderabad was full of fours, sixes and runs. But in the meantime a different incident happened when two star players from Australia were seen fighting among themselves. A video of the hot debate between them is going viral on social media. The fight between them was stopped by umpire and Marcus Stoinis. It was none other than Australian star player Travis Head and Glenn Maxwell.
Batting first, Punjab Kings set a mountain -like target of 246 runs in front of Hyderabad. In response, Hyderabad openers Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma made an aggressive start. In the 9th over of Sunrisers Hyderabad's innings, there was a hot debate between Travis Head and Glenn Maxwell. After going to the last ball dot, the head angrily said something to Maxwell.
Maxwell's response was similar. Meanwhile, the umpire was seen trying to calm the situation, but the head was seen saying something. He kept saying something while watching Maxwell angrily. It can be seen in the video that Stoinis smiled a little and then the two separated. But this dispute was not due to this dot ball, it had already started. On the fifth ball of the over thrown by Maxwell, there was a debate between the two Australian players. Earlier, the head had hit sixes off Maxwell's two consecutive balls. The fifth ball thrown in front of the head by Maxwell was the dot. The ball came to Maxwell and threw it towards the wicketkeeper. The head felt that the ball had gone out of him and he angrily said something to Maxwell.
It may be noted that Travis Head played a brilliant innings of 66 runs off 37 balls, hitting 3 sixes and 9 fours. Head shared a 171 -run partnership for the first wicket with Abhishek Sharma. Sunrisers Hyderabad won by 8 wickets. This is the second largest successful run chase in IPL history.
