Patna: Bihar government has taken a big step to improve the quality of education in government schools and strengthen the overall education system. Recently, according to the instructions of the Education Officer, all the inspection officers of the state have been ordered to inspect at least three schools daily. This order will be applicable to all concerned officials including District Program Officer, Block Education Officer, Additional District Program Coordinator, and Assistant Program Officer.
Three big decisions that will bring improvement in education system:
1. active participation in inspection process
Inspection officers will now go to class and communicate directly with the children, so that the educational problems of the students will be understood. Knowing the difficulties of children, immediate steps will be taken towards their solution. This will increase transparency between students and teachers and improve the learning environment.
2. Evaluation of the quality of study and teaching
Explain that during inspection in these schools of Bihar, the officers will communicate with the teachers and take stock of the status of study and teaching. This process will ensure the accountability of teachers and will also motivate them to teach quality.
3. Mid -day meal and attendance monitoring
During the inspection, the officials will also inspect how many children are present regularly in the school and how many children are taking advantage of mid -day meal. A form will be prepared for this, on which the signature of the Principal as well as other teachers will be mandatory. This will maintain transparency and ensure effective implementation of the mid -day meal scheme.
New expectations with the beginning of the new academic session
The session 2025-26 studies have now started completely. At a time when students have entered new classes, giving quality education is the priority of the state government. Sanjay Kumar has a clear instruction that inspection officers should choose schools which have not yet been inspected, so that every school can be monitored and assistance equally.
