Described as an “ocean symphony,” the company’s 89th shopping center features modern architecture, technology, and various performances, aiming to offer visitors an engaging experience.
With three above-ground floors, the mall will accommodate nearly 200 stores, showcasing a range of domestic and international brands in fashion, cosmetics, electronics, furniture, and lifestyle products.

A highlight of the development is the Vin Palace Conference Center and Theater, which seats up to 4,100 people and is designed to host events, concerts, and large-scale performances.
The shopping center’s entertainment and leisure facilities include a high-tech interactive space featuring virtual reality experiences, digital technology exhibits, and interactive games.
A family entertainment area will cater specifically to children, offering educational and creative play activities.

The mall will also feature a Korean spa complex, offering wellness treatments in a premium setting. In addition, a 6,000 sq.m Japanese supermarket will provide a range of Asian products and experiences for visitors.
Dining options include the Gourmet Avenue culinary street, which will host both upscale restaurants and street food stalls.

Located at the intersection of Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, and Hung Yen, the shopping center is expected to attract significant visitor traffic from across the region.
Vincom Retail states that visitors to Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City will encounter a combination of retail, entertainment, and cultural spaces that integrate art and technology. Each area is designed to encourage interaction and engagement.
