Due to the negligence of a accountant in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, a girl could not take her NEET exam. Because Lekhpal rejected his OBC certificate even after applying three times. That too because the girl had a scarf on her head, due to which Lekhpal felt that the girl was Muslim. In this way, placing a scarf on the head became a life of life for a girl. Considering the Hindu girl as a Muslim, her caste certificate was rejected by Lekhpal.
Actually, this case is from Aligarh, where Hema Kashyap, who hails from Manjurgarhi village, prepared to take NEET exam day and night for a year and night. She was decorated with her dream of becoming a doctor in her eyelids. Hema's father Surendra Singh works as a laborer. The conditions of the house were not very good, but still Surendra left no stone unturned in Hema's studies. Hema applied for NEET examination, but an essential document was left caste certificate.
Hema had applied online for caste certificate in the tehsil, but Lekhpal rejected her certificate three times. Lekhpal rejected his application without looking and without asking anything. The reason for this was that Hema had a scarf on her head. Lekhpal felt that Hema had a hijab on her head. Due to this, he rejected the certificate, expressing doubts on his caste. In this way, his one year hard work was ruined due to keeping a scarf on his head.
When his application was rejected for the first time, he felt that there would have been a mistake. He applied again, but his application was rejected again and the same time the same happened. After this, she herself reached the Tehsil office and complained to the Tehsildar. When the Tehsildar heard the matter, he reprimanded Lekhpal and directed to issue caste certificate, but Hema was not satisfied with this.
Hema said that I do not just want a certificate. Rather justice is needed. That person declared my dreams, my identity as a liar because of just a dupatta. Hema then turned to the District Magistrate's Office. He demanded strict action against Lekhpal from DM. District Magistrate Sanjeev Ranjan took the matter seriously and directed to investigate. Hema said, "Dupatta is not my identity. My hard work is my identity. What I wear, it does not change my rights. When this matter came to light, the discussion started in the entire district. In a few days the investigation was completed and orders were given to take action against Lekhpal.
