Apoorva Mukhija , popularly known as The Rebel Kid , has finally broken her silence following the emotional storm surrounding the India’s Got Latent controversy. In her first detailed live session on YouTube, she broke down in tears while recalling the intense emotional distress and psychological trauma she experienced throughout the ordeal.

Apoorva shared that she often woke up feeling paralyzed by fear, revealing, “Every single day that I would wake up, something new would be happening. I would have sleep paralysis because I would be scared. Everytime I would wake up there is some new news. My friends would talk to me everyday all the time to say everything will be fine. They are great people and they had faith in me. I could believe that everything be alright. I am so glad I had such good people around me.”
She expressed deep gratitude for her close friends—one of whom even posted on her behalf and suffered a significant drop in followers for supporting her. Another used all of his contacts to help her in any way possible. Despite this support, Apoorva felt lost and helpless.

In a surprising twist, Apoorva revealed that she turned to a tarot card reader as a last resort. She said, “Then as a last resort, I decided to seek help as a logical decision. No, not from my manager or a therapist. I decided to seek help from a tarot card reader. I didn’t believe in all this but science couldn’t explain what was happening to me. I picked some cards and she said someone did black magic on me. The tarot card described certain things, which matched with a person, who I thought could be doing this. She advised me to go oversees and the black magic won’t work. So I went to Paris .”
Apoorva shared how deeply the incident shook her, and how difficult it was for her parents to see her go through such public humiliation.
