A plastic surgeon based in New York has been accused of carrying out an “unauthorised” vagina lift without a patient’s knowledge.

In further legal trouble, one of his employees has also alleged that he sexually harassed her while asking her to refer to him as “Daddy”. However, in a response to THE WEEK, the doctor, identified as David J. Pincus, refuted the allegations by the former employee, Jacyln Riker, saying they are “baseless and unequivocally false”.

Who is Dr David Pincus?

Dr David Pincus, based in Long Island, New York, lives in a $2.8 million six-bedroom mansion. He enjoys a five-star rating on the Internet, which made several patients pick him for procedures. These positive reveiws were often shared by the doctor on his X and Instagram handles.

Pincus has offices in Smithtown, Long Island and Boca Raton, Florida. He also possesses a $300,000 Lamborghini Evo Spyder. Records show that Pincus is divorced while his social media pages reveal that he has at least one child.

Unauthorised vagina lift

Vanessa Soda, 48, who was the accused plastic surgeon’s patient, approached him for a tummy tuck procedure. However, he ended up doing a vagina lift surgery, claiming she had “a very low vagina, so I had to lift it up.”

Speaking to New York Post, Soda said she picked the doctor because of his five-star ratings. She alleged that Pincus sexually harassed her and told her it’s “great to see her boobs again”.

‘I own you’

In September, Jacyln Riker, a former employee of Pincus, filed a lawsuit against the surgeon. She alleged that after performing a breast augmentation surgery on her, Dr Pincus touched her breasts and lifted her skirt, asking her to call him “daddy” and sit on his lap.

“I can touch them whenever I want. I created you, and I own you,” Riker cited Pincus as saying in her lawsuit.

However, these allegations were dismissed by Dr Pincus whose legal team has filed a defamation lawsuit against Riker. “The allegations made by my former employee, Jaclyn Riker, are baseless and unequivocally false. My legal team (The Carman Law Office) has filed a defamation lawsuit against Ms. Riker for these malicious claims,” he told THE WEEK.

“Over 17 individuals have come forward to refute these accusations, and I am confident that the truth will prevail. I have treated over 7,000 patients throughout my career and have always upheld the highest ethical and professional standards. I remain committed to delivering safe, world-class care to my patients and will fully cooperate with legal proceedings to ensure justice is served,” the doctor added.

In 2024, a third lawsuit was filed by patient Michelle Armstrong who claimed that she developed an infection after a breast reduction surgery in 2022. However, she alleged that the infection worsened after Dr Pincus failed to treat her on time.
