How to get refund
1. Refund from Cred Support
You can register a complaint by going to the support or help section of the Cred app. You will have to share details of transactions like date, amount, bank statement in your complaint.
2. Complain through email
If you want, you can also register a complaint by emailing Cred's official email `grievanceofficer@cred.club. For this, you will have to provide information like loan account number, date of double debit, and amount.
3. You can get a refund by contacting the bank
If you do not get a response from the Cred app, you can contact your bank. For which you will have to complain about double transaction and request for a refund. Refund will be obtained by the bank by contacting Cred or Cred's payment partner.
4. Complaint to Consumer Forum or RBI
If even after complaining, the refund is not received within 24 to 48 hours, then you can complain about this matter to RBI's online portal or consumer forum.
