It is good to urinate after eating food. According to Ayurveda, if you eat three times, then going urine is beneficial for health. According to Ayurvedacharyas, urinating after eating food is good for both bladder and uterus.

After eating food, the process of digestion starts in the body. The bladder already has toxins and water stored. When there is digestion after eating food and the toxins start gathering in the bladder again, there is pressure on the bladder. Due to which the chances of loosening the muscles are increased. Therefore, after urinating immediately after eating food, the bladder is emptied and again becomes a place to collect toxins. Due to which there is no pressure on the muscles and the bladder muscles do not loose.

Stopping in toxins bladder is a risk of infection and utrus which is associated with the bladder is also afraid of infection. Which can cause problems to hormones and there is also fear of hormonal imbalance.

After eating food, the body is also engaged in the process to take out the toxins. Which is called Apanavayu in Ayurveda. Not urinating and stopping urination leads to disprint. Due to which toxins remain in the body and they are the functions of the body such as a menstrual cycle, ovalization disturbed. Therefore, to keep the body healthy, go immediately after eating daily food.
