Release Update for Loveyapa OTT: According to reports, the romantic comedy film starring Khushi Kapoor and Junaid Khan is almost ready for its digital release. On February 7, the movie had its theatrical debut. Following that, both reviewers and viewers gave the film varying reviews. Both Junaid and Khushi made their stage debuts in Loveyapa. The movie is both emerging stars’ second feature. The film reportedly made between Rs 8.99 and Rs 12 crore. The movie has now made its digital premiere, some two months after its original release. Loveyapa, starring Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, debuted digitally on JioHotstar on April 4. On its social media accounts, the over-the-top platform said, “Nikle the love karne, par siyapa hogaya #Loveyapa is Now Streaming only on JioHotstar. #LoveyapaOnJioHotstar.”

The film is a remake of the 2022 Tamil film Love Today, starring Pradeep Ranganathan and Ivana. In the romantic comedy, the girl’s father tests the bond between a young couple by exchanging their phones. However, this resulted in a tumultuous experience for them as they discovered some unpleasant realities about one another. In Loveyapa, Khushi Kapoor plays Baani Sharma, Junaid Khan plays Gaurav, also known as Gucci Sachdeva, Ashutosh Rana plays Baani’s father Atul Kumar Sharma, Grusha Kapoor plays Gurav’s mother Lalit Sachdeva, Kiku Sharda plays Anupam Mehra, Aditya Kulshreshth plays Lamba, Devishi Madaan plays Baani’s sister Pinti Sharma, and Tanvika Parlikar plays Kiran Sachdeva. Advait Chandan is the film’s director, while Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh, Kalpathi S. Suresh, Pradeep Ranganathan, Madhu Mantena, Bhavna Talwar, and Shristi Behl Arya are its producers.
