Recently, Kareena Kapoor Khan discussed how she approaches eating and exercise. The actress discussed her opinions on Botox and other cosmetic care procedures. Kareena said that she would rather exercise and eat a balanced diet than have Botox or any such procedure.
The 44-year-old actress aspires to stay in shape throughout her life since she believes that age is only a number. Kareena recently went to Mumbai to attend the book launch of The Commonsense Diet, written by her nutritionist Rutuja Diwekar. The actress spoke candidly about her eating habits and healthy lifestyle during the occasion.
“I need to eat right with her (nutritionist Rutuja Diwekar) guidance for that,” Kareena Kapoor said. That’s what life and aging are to me. I’m loving it and accepting it, but instead of getting botox and skin treatments, I’m doing all these specific things, like eating ghee and khichdi, walking sometimes, doing some weight training to build muscle, and practicing my Surya Namaskars.
“Age is just a number,” she said. I want to be healthy enough to face whatever comes with becoming older. Whether I have to go to set at 70 or 75, I want to be able to do what I have to do. My goal in life is to continue working. To pick up my grandkids, I want to be able to bend. Accordingly, I must follow Rutuja Diwekar’s advice and eat healthily for that.
“My comfort food, like if I don’t eat khichdi for two or three days, I actually start craving it!” the actress said. I’ll contact Rujuta to let her know that there isn’t any khichdi in the home since I can’t sleep without it. Although you said that you need a drink, I must admit that I cannot function without khichdi.
The next film starring Kareena Kapoor Khan is Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. Yash, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Sai Pallavi, Nayanthara, and Samyuktha Menon all play important parts in the Kannada-language film from 2026.
