Add celery, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to a deep pot and mix all the ingredients well. Now add some water to it and prepare the solution. The solution should neither be too thin nor thick.

Peel the boiled potatoes and put it in gram flour solution and wrap the potatoes in gram flour. Keep in mind that there should be a thick layer of gram flour on the potato.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it well, keep the oil so hot that the potatoes fried in it can be crispy well. When the oil is well heated, add gram flour wrapped potatoes to it. Fry the potatoes until they become golden and crispy. Remove it in a plate and flatten it by pressing the hot potato lightly, so that its taste becomes even better.
