is known for breaking records with its futuristic skyline, which is soon to get a new addition. A is set to become the tallest in the world, standing at 555 metres (1,820ft). The will soar above the with more than 110 floors. When completed, it will surpass other famous residential towers, including , which stands at 413 metres.

A joint project between UAE developer Binghatti and luxury jewellery brand Jacob & Co, the tower has been described as the "world's first hypertower" since plans launched in November 2022. According to the developers, the building is expected to be finished by the second quarter of 2026 and will offer what they call "ultra-luxury living" for the super-rich.

Prices for standard apartments start at around £1.64 million, while the most expensive penthouse suite - the Billionaire Sky Penthouse - is listed for AED 750 million (around £157 million), according to .

This penthouse will span two floors and feature seven bedrooms, a private infinity pool, a sauna and steam room, a home gym, an aquarium, and even a snooker lounge.

Residents will also have access to lounges, a pool deck, and a private coffee bar.

The tower will also offer a range of luxury services including private chefs, bodyguards, chauffeurs, butlers, and wellness spa treatments.

According to the , residents will also receive exclusive titanium access cards and may qualify for a 10-year UAE golden visa if they spend over AED 2 million (£420,000).

Interiors across the building are designed by and take inspiration from the company's luxury watch and jewellery collections.

The penthouses themselves are named after its signature pieces, such as Astronomia, Fleur de Jardin and Billionaire.

Jacob & Co is known for creating watches worn by stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Elton John and 50 Cent. This is, however, their first venture into luxury residential design.

The tower will also include Sky Mansions, Signature Villas and Emerald Villas - with sizes ranging from 3,000 to over 22,000 sq. ft. - each with opulent finishes, panoramic views of Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Canal.

Apart from being a home, the building is being marketed as a solid investment.

The developers are projecting more than 20% annual return on investment, citing the project's exclusivity and demand for high-end real estate in Dubai.

The Burj Binghatti will be one of the most recognisable additions to the city's skyline.

With a crown-shaped top designed to resemble a diamond, the tower blends architectural design with luxury branding - something Dubai has become famous for.

And while the most expensive apartment may cost over £150 million, developers believe the views and lifestyle will make it worth the price for the world's richest buyers.
