Science Desk: The main purpose of semen is to contribute to breeding. It contains sperm (Veeryanu), which meets the fertilization process by consisting of the woman's egg. If a man's semen has healthy and active sperm, they reach the egg and increase the possibility of conception.
1. Starts the process of semen manufacturing
The process of semen production begins with testicules (testicles). Millions of sperm (Veeryanu) cells are formed in the testicle. Testosterone, which is a major male hormone, controls this process and provides the required environment for sperm construction.
2. Origin of sperm
Sparms originate in seminal tubules located within testicules. These tubes form sperm cells by a process called spermatogenesis. This process continues with age, and a healthy man creates millions of new sperm per day.
3. Mature of sperm
The sperms made in testicules are sent to a structure called epididimis to mature. Here, sperms mature and get motility (operating capacity), allowing them to fertilize the woman's egg.
4. Process of semen secretion
When men are stimulated, the prostate gland, seminal vessels, and the copper gland (bulbourethral gland) are activated. These glands together with sperm form seminal fluid, which is a liquid part of semen. This helps to protect liquid sperm and reach the woman's uterus.
5. Quality and Health of Principal
The quality of semen has a great effect of a man's diet, lifestyle, mental stress and physical health. Balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress -free life help to keep this process effective and healthy. Unhealthy habits such as smoking, excessive consumption of alcohol, and irregular lifestyle can affect the quality of semen.
