Entertainment: Actor Ajay Devgan Ajay Devgn Red 2 Raid 2 is set to return as Income Tax Officer Amay Patnaik. He shared the poster of the film and announced the release date. Directed by Rajkumar Gupta, the film also stars Ritesh Deshmukh, Vani Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla in important roles.

Red 2 is scheduled to release in theaters on 1 May. Ajay Ajay announced this by sharing the poster. He wrote, “New city. New File. And Amay Patnaik's new Red. #Red 2 will knock in theaters near you on 1 May 2025.”

Earlier the film was scheduled to release on November 15, 2024, then postponed till February 21, 2025, but it was postponed once again. Large -scale shot in Delhi and Lucknow, Red 2 raid 2 promises another thrill ride.

The first part was based on the real raid conducted by the officials of the Income Tax Department in the 1980s on Sardar Inder Singh, the longest raid in Indian history, which lasted for three days and two nights. Red 2 RAID 2 is built by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Krishna Kumar. The film is presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series and produced by Panorama Studio. Red 2 RAID 2 is now scheduled to release in theaters on 1 May.
