Russian model Angelina Doroshenkova was in Dubai at the same time as the Ukrainian beauty and says she was invited to the same party. But, the 31-year-old refused the invitation, returning to days before.

The Ukrainian model told friends she had been invited to a party at a Dubai hotel on March 9, but was reported missing after she failed to board her flight from Dubai to Thailand on March 11. She told friends she would be going to the event "with two men who introduced themselves as representatives of the modelling business," according to Ukrainian media.

Though it has not been confirmed, it's believed the party she was invited to was a 'Porta Potty' party - a depraved event where women, often influencers, are paid huge sums and pressured to perform degrading acts on attendees. There has been a trend of these parties taking place in Dubai, with women paid up to $30,000 (£23,000) to attend.

Women at these events are often pressured into performing disgusting sexual acts, even involving bodily fluids such as human faeces. There are even reports that for more money, women would be badly beaten, even having their teeth knocked out and being hung up by metal hooks.

Radha Stirling, the CEO of saying they were lured to parties where they were expected to perform sex acts. The organisation provides confidential legal help in civil and criminal cases in Dubai and helps clients navigate the complex legal system in the UAE.

She said: "We have received a number of complaints from influencers and artists who have been invited to Dubai for performances and events to then be lured into parties where they have been expected to participate in sexual activities.

"Sex outside marriage has been legalised in Dubai and events organisers have been quick to take advantage of the new ‘relaxed laws’. Women need to be aware that they may face confronting and even dangerous situations and if there is a married man involved, they can still be charged with adultery."

It has not been confirmed that the Ukrainian model was at one of these events. After attending a party at a Dubai hotel, the young woman was found with multiple severe injuries, with her mum saying she's had to undergo three surgeries to save her life.

Giving an update on her daughter though, her mum, who flew from Norway to be with her, said she is expected to recover from her injuries. She said: “She is getting medical treatment and everything will be all right.”

Dubai Police said in an earlier update the woman had “fallen from a height” at a construction zone. The statement read: "Dubai Police confirms the Ukrainian citizen previously reported missing is currently hospitalised, receiving medical care with her family present. A comprehensive investigation has revealed that she sustained serious injuries after entering a restricted construction site alone and falling from a height.

“Dubai Police continue to work closely with the family and relevant authorities to provide all necessary assistance. The public and media are urged to refrain from sharing unverified information and to respect the privacy of the individual and her family during this challenging time."

Speaking to Ukrainian media earlier this week, her mother disputed the claim, saying: "There is an assumption that she went to a party. But the promoter who organised these parties did not see her. Today Masha was found in the hospital in serious condition. She has no documents, no phone, nothing. She has undergone three operations. And she cannot speak."

Russian lawyer Katya Gordon added the model "was found dying on the side of the road in the UAE after a party with Arab sheikhs. She is currently in critical condition in hospital. The scandal with the Porta Potty parties has been raging…for over a year.”
