The 24-day-long tournament concluded with the final match held at Mrinal Cricket Ground, Pimpri. The final was played in a Test match-style format with two innings per team, each limited to 9 overs.

Winning the toss, SSD Falcons opted to bat first and scored 40 runs for 7 wickets in 9 overs. In response, Ajrak Supergiants managed a narrow 5-run lead, scoring 45 runs for 8 wickets. In the second innings, SSD Falcons played aggressively and posted 57 runs, setting a target of 53 runs for the Supergiants. Ganga Warriors secured their second consecutive Sindhi Premier League title. In the final match against Yamuna Strikers, captain Sheetal Aswani (26 runs off 16 balls) and Mamta (20 runs off 17 balls) led Ganga Warriors to 60 runs for 3 wickets in 8 overs. Chasing 61 runs, Yamuna Strikers struggled as Sheetal Aswani showcased her bowling skills as well, taking 2 crucial wickets. Yamuna Strikers' innings ended at 35 runs in 8 overs. For her all-round performance, Sheetal Aswani was awarded 'Player of the Match'.
