Ajrak Supergiants clinched the 6th Sindhi Premier League title by defeating SSD Falcons by 4 wickets. All-rounder Narendra Lund was named Player of the Match for his outstanding performance. The 24-day-long tournament concluded with the final match held at Mrinal Cricket Ground, Pimpri. The final was played in a Test match-style format with two innings per team, each limited to 9 overs.

Winning the toss, SSD Falcons opted to bat first and scored 40 runs for 7 wickets in 9 overs. In response, Ajrak Supergiants managed a narrow 5-run lead, scoring 45 runs for 8 wickets. In the second innings, SSD Falcons played aggressively and posted 57 runs, setting a target of 53 runs for the Supergiants. Opener Narendra Lund played a blistering knock of 33 runs, leading his team to victory. Raj Govindani took 2 wickets in each innings. For his 33-run innings and a total of 4 wickets, Narendra Lund was named 'Player of the Match'.

The Sindhi Premier League has been organized for the past six years to promote sports among Sindhi youth and preserve Sindhi culture. This year, the funds raised from the league will be used to donate a modern ambulance, according to event organizers Hitesh Dadlani and Kanwal Khiani.

Ganga Warriors Triumph in Women's Category

Ganga Warriors secured their second consecutive Sindhi Premier League title. In the final match against Yamuna Strikers, captain Sheetal Aswani (26 runs off 16 balls) and Mamta (20 runs off 17 balls) led Ganga Warriors to 60 runs for 3 wickets in 8 overs. Chasing 61 runs, Yamuna Strikers struggled as Sheetal Aswani showcased her bowling skills as well, taking 2 crucial wickets. Yamuna Strikers' innings ended at 35 runs in 8 overs. For her all-round performance, Sheetal Aswani was awarded 'Player of the Match'.
