A woman died after falling from the building of King George Medical University (KGMU) of Lucknow. The woman was a resident of Lakhimpur Kheri and she was undergoing treatment for cancer in the hospital for a long time. Today, on Monday, the external patient reached the department (OPD) to show the doctor. During this time this accident happened. Police reached the spot after the incident and sent the body for postmortem.
In KGMU, Lucknow, a female patient died due to falling from a centenary Phase-2 building. The deceased has been identified as Deepmala (32), a resident of Lakhimpur Kheri, who came to the hospital to get cancer treatment. Deepmala had been undergoing treatment in the surgical oncology department for a long time. On Monday, she reached KGMU Parsir on Sunday evening with her father to get a routine checkup from the doctor in OPD.
Meanwhile, he died on Monday before showing the doctor. There was a stir in the hospital on seeing the woman lying in blood. He was hurriedly taken to the trauma center, where doctors declared him dead after investigation. As soon as the matter was known, the police team also reached the spot. The police have taken the body of Deepmala and sent it for postmortem. Also, the matter has started investigating.
In this case, the police is investigating several aspects including suicide. He was undergoing treatment under the supervision of Dr. Nasim Akhtar, Dr. Nasim Akhtar, Department of Surgical Oncology of KGMU. According to the doctor, the woman had cancer in the private part. Due to cancer in the advance stage, the woman was called once in 3 weeks. Suddenly in the morning, Deepmala stirred up the entire KGMU.
