Rachin Ravindra races to 1,000 ODI runs: Key stats

New Zealand all-rounder Rachin Ravindra has completed 1,000 runs in ODI cricket.

Ravindra reached the landmark in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy encounter against Bangladesh at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

His terrific knock powered the Black Caps in their run-chase of 237. He got to the milestone with his 30th run in the match.

He is the fourth-fastest to 1,000 ODI runs for NZ.

Ravindra was named the ICC Men's Emerging Cricketer of the Year 2023.

He has made a sensational start to his ODI career as he entered the game against the Tigers with 970 runs at 40.41. His tally now includes three tons and five fifties.

Ravindra smashed a whopping 578 runs for NZ in the ICC ODI World Cup at 64.22.

As mentioned, Ravindra is now the fourth-fastest to 1,000 runs for New Zealand in the format. He took 28 innings for the same.

The Kiwi all-rounder is only behind Devon Conway (22), Glenn Turner (24), Daryl Mitchell (24), and Andrew Jones (25) on this list.

Ravindra's strike-rate of 109-plus is the second-highest for NZ among players with 1,000 runs.
