Jio has introduced its new JioTele OS platform that will be powering a host of made in India smart TVs from February onwards in the market. The JioTele OS focuses on offering fast 4K performance, get recommendations powered by Gen AI so that you can enjoy watching the favourite content. JioTele OS is an India-made operating system for the Smart TV which will be available with TV brands in the country.

JioTele OS brings advanced features to a more affordable smart TV lineup in the market which gives more people access to Gen AI and other modern tools.

The platform has AI-powered recommendations, and promises a seamless integration of global and regional content so that searching for content is not a task. You also get support for leading OTT streaming apps, and regular updates to keep the smart TV secure and up-to-date with latest features.
