Mumbai: Aaradhya Bachchan, daughter of Bollywood stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, has once again come into the limelight. Aaradhya is often seen in public events with her mother. At the same time, the Bachchan family has filed a new petition in the Delhi High Court. Under this petition, he has demanded a ban on the spread of wrong health . In this case, the High Court has issued notice to Google, Bollywood Time and other websites.
Aaradhya Bachchan's lawyer told the High Court on 3 February 2025 that some digital content creators and websites have not yet made their presence felt in the court. Due to this, the High Court has sent notice to other platforms including Google. The next date of hearing was fixed on 17 March 2025.
Earlier, on 20 April 2023, the Delhi High Court had directed Google to remove misleading news to Aaradhya Bachchan's health. The court had said that every child is entitled to respect and false news to his physical and mental health is completely unacceptable. During the last hearing, Justice C. Hari Shankar clarified that false and misleading reporting to minor children is completely unacceptable. The court had ordered that YouTube and other platforms take necessary steps to stop such rumors. Now it has to be seen what the court takes the stand in the hearing of March 17 and what new guidelines are issued on digital media to curb fake news to children. Also read:
