IGNOU 38th Convocation 2025: Indira Gandhi National Open University may hold its 38th Convocation in February/March 2025. Students who have completed their study program in the term-end examinations of December 2023 and June 2024 are eligible to receive the original certificates in this convocation.

Important Instructions for Students

Students must attend the IGNOU 38th Convocation and receive the certificate from their regional center and not from any other regional center. Students will be given the option to “attend the convocation in person or receive the degree/diploma by post”. All students are required to fill in their current address in their registration form, where they wish to receive their degree/diploma/certificate.

Students can follow the given instructions to apply online for convocation:

Visit the official website ignou.ac.in. or onlineservices.ignou.ac.in. Go to.
Click on the menu button.
Click on the 'Student Services' section here.
Now click on the Convocation option here.
Read the instructions and proceed with new student registration.
Complete the registration and then log in.
Fill the application form.
Upload relevant documents if required and pay the fee.
Submit the form and take a printout of it.
