Married at First Sight viewers appeared to be at the end of their tether as they demanded Kieran to "get off" their screens.

Series nine came to an end on Thursday night (November 14) as the newlyweds returned to reflect on their relationships and what they could have changed and developed during the experiment. But the show made for explosive viewing as many harsh truths came to the surface.

For Kieran and his former wife Kristina, they were once the golden couple of the series. But things came to a tragic end, and expert Paul C. Brunson was desperate to know the real reason why.

As Kieran continued to express how "amazing" Kristina is, Paul asked: "So why are you not with her? What's the real reason?"

Answering on his behalf, Kristina replied: "Kieran doesn't want me."

Seeing Keiran trying to unravel his perspective, fans clearly had enough and headed over to X to share their thoughts. One viewer said, "Wrap it up, Kieran, and get off my screen. I can’t deal with him."

Another said: "It seems as though Kieran’s got off lightly compared to the way Adam has been treated... haven’t they done the same thing, apparently?"

A third also shared: "Can't help feeling that Keiran lulled us all into thinking he was a genuine guy, when in reality, he was trying to use the show as a platform. Poor Stina is just collateral damage he didn't take into consideration."

A fourth upset viewer added, " I think that's what we're all wondering, Paul. I can't understand Keiran's reasoning at all. He and Kristina are perfect for each other. I don't know how he could just switch and hurt her so bad."

But some also understood Kieran's perspective, with one viewing writing: "If Kieran is being honest, then I understand why he can’t be with her. Just a crappy situation all around."

Despite their relationship breakdown, the pair revealed that they would still remain friends. Kristina also shared that she wanted to invite Kieran to a gig, which he happily accepted.
