Not for the first time since release, players are having problems claiming their EA FC 25 Division Rivals rewards on the Companion App and the Web App.

Since was released just under two months ago, the game has had its fair share of bugs and glitches, with players beginning to get frustrated with and the current state of the latest instalment. From the game regularly crashing and requiring restarts to hacking issues on , the FC 25 fan base is losing patience, and now, an EA FC 25 Rivals rewards error is not letting players claim their weekly Ultimate Team rewards on the or .

The EA FC 25 Companion App and Web App are great ways for players to access Ultimate Team when away from their console or PC, allowing players to open packs and player picks from their phone, tablet, or laptop. But, right now, an EA FC 25 rewards error is giving Companion App and Web App users a 'Server Unavailable' message, leaving players unable to claim their once again.

EA FC 25 Division Rivals rewards errors have been ongoing over the last few weeks in Ultimate Team. Not only are players unable to open their rewards, but some players are still waiting to receive their Rivals rewards from the last two weeks.

When attempting to open packs or player picks on the EA FC 25 Companion App or Web App, players are being prompted with an EA FC 25 Division Rivals rewards error, with the following message appearing: "Server Unavailable. Sorry, this feature is currently down for maintenance. Please check back in later."

EA lowered the requirements for the top-tier of Division Rivals rewards as part of the at the end of last month, but even still, it's extremely annoying for players who have worked their way to the required 35 point mark, just to be rejected from opening their Rivals rewards.

It does seem that at the moment, the weekly Rivals rewards are currently available to open on the full version of the game, so if you are encountering this issue, then you'll have to wait until you are available to jump on your console or PC to claim your rewards.
